At the Santa Fe School of Cooking, you will experience this delicious cuisine in depth, including the techniques of master chefs, the lore of the region and, of course, fabulous food. The school is offering a hands-on Chile Amor class, a thorough look at the history and uses of chile, in their beautiful demonstration kitchen.
